Rick Mayo-Smith and Peter Ryder of Indochina Capital had a dream to create the first true luxury resort on the Central Coast of Vietnam. They asked Reda Amalou of AW2 Architects in Paris to help them realize their dream and chose Adrian Zecha of Amanresorts and his operating company, GHM, to help shape their vision.

The result is The Nam Hai, one of the most renowned hotels in Asia.

Landscape: Renowned designer Karl Princic of Indonesian firm KPD

Restaurants: The Nam Hai's signature dining room "The Restaurant" was designed by SPIN Tokyo, led by Yasuhiro Koichi.

Developer and Owner: The residential and resort property is owned by American Indochina Resorts Ltd (AIR) and was developed by Indochina Capital, the country's most prominent and established real estate development, investment banking and asset management firm.
